46100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 46100 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 46100 platform through our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 46100 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 46100 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
The 46100 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above who are Malaysian citizens or valid permanent residents. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 46100 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, active email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. 46100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and account security purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Please ensure you use a strong password and do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 46100 support team immediately at [email protected].
Two-factor authentication is available and strongly encouraged for all users to add an extra layer of security to your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
All 46100 platform users are required to comply with the rules set out herein and are responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorised method to access or exploit the platform.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt platform systems and security.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
- Sharing or transferring your account to a third party.
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform — prompt reporting to our support team is greatly appreciated.
46100 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any user proven to have committed fraud or engaged in illegal activity through our platform.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 46100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online banking through major Malaysian banks.
The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe applicable to your chosen payment method — digital wallets typically process within seconds, while online banking may take between 5 and 15 minutes.
Withdrawals are processed upon completion of user identity verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change in accordance with current policy. 46100 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud or fails to comply with verification procedures.
Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for processing.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The 46100 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of technical errors, or meet every individual user's requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 46100 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds, data, or anticipated profits.
46100 is not liable for any damage or loss arising from: third-party internet service disruptions, user device failures, cyberattacks beyond our control, or unauthorised actions by third parties. Users are responsible for ensuring their devices and networks are secure and up to date.
6. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
46100 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, activity suspected to be fraudulent, or for platform security reasons. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a terms violation will not be entitled to claim any remaining account balance if found to have engaged in fraudulent activity.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 46100 support team. Any legitimate account balance will be refunded upon completion of the verification process, subject to current withdrawal limits and conditions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 46100 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface designs, software, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 46100 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 46100 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. 46100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
46100 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
